From the initial quote we knew we would be looked after. Bill is very knowledgeable when it comes to concrete, and after we listed what we wanted, he was able to plan out our backyard concreting to meet our needs. He even suggested some great ways we could make the most out the area and ensure the area didn't pool with water.

We were unlucky to have our quote completed just before ISO #2 in August 2020 and had to wait until late October for the work to be done. However, over this time we were regularly contacted by Bill with updates on ISO practices and when he might be back at work. In such crazy times he was very professional, and we could tell her cared about client relationships.


Bill and Sam were fantastic. They were prompt each morning and their attention to detail was impeccable.  Each day we were advised of the process and what to expect from their work that day.

I have had the privilege to have Smallcrete come to my place and concrete 2 areas around the house to protect it from moisture. Bill responded quickly to my enquiry and spoke in easy to understand language that gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. The quotes provided were reasonable and the process in fully paying them is excellent. I recently had Bill "SmallCrete Pty Ltd" do concrete around my house at my new home. I'll be honest, I had many people come to give quote for the jobs, when I first met Bill and his son, who studying landscaping with him and the away they've explain the details and some idea about doing the landscaping was just an amazing. All other don't want to come give me quote, they want it to be done over the phone or they don't show up to the appointment, some have showed up did not explain to me what's need to be done,  some of them wants me to do a return wall and charge arm and legs without explaining why do I need a return wall. 


The SmallCrete and Bill did outstanding work in a most professional, caring and timely manner. They were quick to quote, as well as schedule my job. 


Nothing was too much trouble for them, we did plain coloured at the sides and rear paths. The work done is fantastic. It looks really great. I certainly say to everyone -- Get SmallCrete "Bill" and his son to do concrete and landscaping to do your job for you.
